Who processes the data

Controller for this website and form requests: AI MAX d.o.o. · Zdravka Kučića 39, 51000 Rijeka · OIB 32316086825 · info@aimax.hr. For data that customers enter in the app, the customer company (the venue operator) is the controller and we act as processor.

Request form

We use your name, company, email, phone and message only to answer your request (legitimate interest and pre-contract steps). We keep them for up to 12 months after the last contact. We log the IP address with the request to prevent abuse.

The app

The app holds operational records: readings, goods receipt, corrective actions, document deadlines, a staff list with health-check and course validity dates. No medical findings are entered. Records carry the username of the person who entered them because that is part of the evidence trail. We strip metadata, including location, from evidence photos.

Where the data is

On our own servers in the European Union, with daily backups. We do not sell data or pass it to third parties, except processors needed to run the service.

Cookies and analytics

The site and the app work without tracking cookies. In your browser the app stores your sign-in, selected location, language and records waiting to be sent. Traffic measurement (Google Analytics) is switched on only if you approve it in the notice; without consent it is not loaded.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Send requests to info@aimax.hr. You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
