What the app does today

Everything listed is in production. Nothing on this list is an announcement.

Daily checks

Fridge and freezer temperatures, cooking, cooling, frying oil, cleaning. One or several readings a day per plan.

Corrective actions

Open, done, verified. Who, by when, the root cause and proof the action worked.

Goods receipt and traceability

Supplier, LOT, use-by date, temperature and decision. A LOT search returns the trail in a second.

Allergens and labels

A 14-allergen matrix per dish and prep labels with use-by time.

HACCP plan

Hazard analysis with risk scoring, CCPs, critical limits and a version for every change.

Deadlines and documents

Health cards, supplier certificates, calibrations, pest control. Warnings 90, 60, 30 and 7 days ahead.

Hygiene and environment

Cleaning plan per zone and agent, pest-control visits, waste and used oil.

Staff and training

Hygiene courses, training records and food safety culture assessment.

Incidents and audits

Guest complaints, foreign bodies, checklist-based internal audits with a score.

Inspection package

Printable monthly report and CSV export: records, gaps, corrective actions, deadlines.

Sensors

A networked thermometer sends readings on its own; a deviation opens a corrective action.

Multiple locations

Plan completion, gaps and deadlines for every venue on one screen.

From plan to proof in four steps

  1. PlanPick checks per location and equipment from a library of 20 templates and enter the limits from your own HACCP study.
  2. RecordStaff enter a reading or confirm a check on a phone, with a photo. It works offline too.
  3. DeviationAn out-of-range value cannot be saved without a description, a responsible person and a due date. The corrective action opens itself.
  4. ProofA manager verifies the action worked, and the monthly package shows records, gaps and deadlines for the inspector.

Built around the rules inspectors check

Codex Alimentarius CXC 1-1969

General principles of food hygiene and the 7 HACCP principles: hazard analysis, critical limits, monitoring, corrective actions, verification, records.

Regulation (EC) 852/2004

Food hygiene: prerequisite programmes, staff training, HACCP-based procedures.

Regulation (EU) 2021/382

Allergen management and food safety culture.

Regulation (EU) 1169/2011

The 14 Annex II allergens in a per-dish matrix.

Regulation (EC) 178/2002

One-step-back traceability and withdrawal and recall procedures.

The app is a record-keeping tool. It does not replace your HACCP study or the responsible person, and is not in itself proof of compliance.

A record that cannot be fixed afterwards

Immutable records

A saved reading and the activity history cannot be changed or deleted. A correction is a new record; the old one stays visible.

Data separated per company

Each company sees only its own locations, and each user only the locations and actions their role allows.

Servers in the European Union

Data sits on our own servers in the EU, with daily backups.

Photos without location

Metadata, including GPS coordinates, is stripped from evidence photos.

In preparation

Scheduling and time records, a shift log with messages, an assistant that answers from your approved procedures, and purchasing. We will announce them when they are ready, with no promised dates.
